| The Managing Director of Open Communities has recently been appointed by the Housing Corporation to become one of five nationally approved Assessors. The role of the Approved Assessor is to assess whether a Tenant Management Organisation group is competent to manage housing before the TMO group puts its offer to tenants in a ballot. Tom has been initially appointed to work with TMO´s in London, Nottingham and Birmingham |
